How shipping works

Every bag in our store is free. You only pay for shipping. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and it can vary depending on the products in your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at info@mary-bags.com; we can update the address if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund of what you paid.
