Mary Bags is operated by Marklyn LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Mary Bags website and to any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our offer

Products shown in our store are offered at the prices shown, including products offered for free. When a product is free, you pay only the shipping fee shown at checkout. We may change prices, products or offers at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or description. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount paid.

3. Product information

We try to show product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour and size (around 1 cm) can occur, because products are quilted and because screens display colours differently.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our checkout and payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
